NASSCOM Tech Series Session on “Digital & Smart Manufacturing using Electronic Batch Recording Software”
Pharmaceutical manufacturers are required to document (BMR) procedures throughout their production process from receipt of raw material to dispatch of the final product. Managing these documents is time-consuming and prone to human error. With the current competition and evolving technology, companies who are still using paper-based BMR (batch manufacturing records) are facing difficulty to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements, maintain data integrity, maintain quality, reduce time to market, reduce inventory and operational costs.
Implementing “ProcessXE”, a MES (manufacturing execution system) will help companies execute eBMR (electronic Batch Manufacturing Records). ProcessXE will ensure paperless manufacturing, provides real-time visibility of shop floor, enforces compliance and help decrease production cycle time and deliver quality products at a reduced time to market.
Mr. Pari Subbiah, Program Manager, Sarjen Systems Pvt Ltd was the Speaker at the session.
